The Exhibitor and Team Transport hereinafter referred to as Partners, in consideration of the promises made herein, agree as follows:

The Exhibitor is hereby granted the right to use the space assigned to him/her for the period of the designated show hours. The Exhibitor shall abide by the move-in and move-out times. Partners reserves the right to disapprove the display of any item that Partners, reasonably and in good faith, determines is not in keeping with the nature, character or orderly conduct of the show.

The Exhibitor shall not cause any apparatus or device to be placed in the exhibit that will produce undue noise or in any way interfere with or be objectionable to any exhibitor. The Exhibitor agrees to abide by any other rules of operation that Partners may from time to time establish. A violation of any rule of conduct or a breach of any covenant in this agreement is cause for Partners to have the Exhibitor Removed from the event without any refund.

The Exhibitor shall be responsible for all maintenance of the exhibit. At all times, including the hours during which the exhibition is open to the public, the Exhibitor shall maintain the exhibit in a clean and orderly manner and shall take any steps that may be necessary to prevent injury to any person or exhibit on the premises. No property, material or vehicles shall be removed prior to the advertised show closing hours of the exhibition without the express prior written consent of Partners.

Partners assumes no responsibility or liability for any theft or damage of vehicles, and/or displays during setup, show hours or move out. Partners reserves the right to photograph, videotape, film, reproduce, publish and/or advertise any materials regarding Exhibitor and his/her Vehicle for any use without compensation to Exhibitor. Upon entering event, Exhibitor surrenders all claims.

All vehicles placed indoors must have less than ¼ tank of gas and disconnect the vehicles main battery. No vehicles are to start their engines at anytime nor operate Hydraulics or Air-Ride systems during show hours. Exhibitor agrees to Indemnify and hold Partners harmless from and against any and all liability, loss, claim, damage, cost or expense (including attorneys fees and court costs), injury or death, that may arise from the Exhibitor’s participation and renting of the exhibit space and attendance of the event.

The Exhibitor shall, at its own expense, obtain the necessary insurance coverage with respect to loss by fire, theft, accidental or other causes, if that type of protection is desired. In the event of any litigation or legal dispute, Exhibitor waives their right to trial and all decisions shall be made by a mutually agreed upon Arbitrator. The choice of law shall be in the State of California. The choice of venue shall be in the county of Los Angeles, CA.
